1 Sentier des Lanternes Metz France Open from to In one of the most beautiful Christmas market in our area these illuminations will steal your and your children heart with the magic feeling, the beatiful trail under big trees and the proximity to the main christmas markets of the city.
2 Lichterzauber – Saarschleife Mettlach Germany
From 29 November 2025 to 15 February 2026
This is one of a kind illuminated trail as it takes you up to the gigantic structure from where you can admire the Mosel and it is sooo close to Luxembourg,
It is also located in a beautiful natural environment in the middle of a beautiful forest T
There are also facilities at the visitor centre / entry toilettes etc as well as a bistro,
There is also parking for your car.
3. Illuminated trail at Marange Silvange France
The lantern route is amazing for children and everyone that still believes in the magic of the days
It will b inagurated on 6 December 2025

4. The lantern trail at Sierck les Bain, or how i call it : The Mini Strasbourg
This lantern trail is a must! For everyone that loves to see some magic , favorite characters from their childhood and loves little train rides don’t miss this one. In general visiting Sierck les Bains during the festive period is a must because is a small scale Strasbourg in terms of decorations and festive spirit ! Extra tipp: don’t miss the balcony where Santa hangs his laundry HOHOHO 🙂

5. Christmas Garden Koblenz Germany

This winter why not exploring a bit further and visit Koblenz a beautiful German City that hosts one of the most beautiful Christmas Gardens in our region

6. Luminescenes Zoo Amneville France
Head over to admire an amazing experience at Amneville Zoo with this year’s Luminescence Festival dedicated to Central and South America and the Caribbean
The trail is suitable for strollers and there are facilities available (snack bar locations, toilettes etc).
A great experience but also an educational one for the childrem to explore more other countries, listen to the music and even have a mini Rio de Janeiro carnival experience
